The improved transmission delivers a consistent cutting rate under stress for greater cutting accuracy precision is also augmented by the jigsaw's blower function, which aids guidance by pushing dust away from the cutting line.

Additional benefits include the lock on switch, which increases comfort during extended use and a quick and easy keyless blade change system. There is also a robust protective cover that has been constructed to not obscure the cutting surface.
