The Clean for Metal Tapered Brush provides an extra-fine surface finish. Its conical tapered brush is fitted with crimped wire for light- to medium-duty cleaning applications in hard-to-reach areas. Ideal for use on metal, this brush is suitable for cleaning smaller steel surfaces and in grooves or on edges at high circumferential speeds. It is also suitable for removing rust, roughing, matt sanding, paint stripping and removing annealing colour on welded seams. Brush wires are available in different thicknesses for variable levels of abrasive needs. Thicker wires are more aggressive, producing a coarser yet faster surface finish, while thinner wires deliver finer, smoother surface results. It is intended for use with angle grinders with an M14 thread.
