X-LOCK Prisma Ceramic Fibre Disc, R781 Metal delivers speed and a consistent cut. The optimal triangular shape of the prisma ceramic grain allows the disc to cleanly cut through the metal, delivering up to 40% faster stock removal compared to crushed ceramic discs. The special structure of Prisma Ceramic grain also gives a perfect self-sharpening effect which leads to a consistent grinding result. This fibre disc is perfect for weld preparation and removal, scale removal, blending and removing discolouration. Changing fibre discs is fast and convenient thanks to the keyless X-LOCK system. Discs are suitable for clamping on an X-LOCK or standard rubber backing pad. X-LOCK sanding discs also fit standard angle grinders.
